Skin below the neck is thicker, drier and covers far more ground. It takes more product and it tolerates a richer one — so the butters and oils sit higher here, and the result is something you can use on shins and elbows without it disappearing in a minute.
Niacinamide, vitamin C, panthenol and vitamin E are in it, as they are in the face version. So is Nalpamaradi keram, and shea butter, coconut oil, almond and jojoba oils and aloe vera.
Two hundred millilitres. On a whole body that is not as much as it sounds, which is why it is priced to be used rather than saved.

How to use+
After a bath, on skin still slightly damp. That is the whole trick — a moisturiser holds water in, so there should be water there to hold. Applied to bone-dry skin it does perhaps half as much. Work it in wherever skin is dry: shins, elbows, knees, forearms, the backs of the hands. Daily, or twice daily in cold or air-conditioned weather. For external use only. For the face, our Hydra Glow is the lighter one and the one to use.
Who it suits+
Dry body skin, daily. Richer than our face moisturiser, so better below the neck than on it. Contains beeswax, so not vegan, and contains fragrance. A free consultation is available before you buy.
Before you start+
Patch test on the inner forearm before first use, particularly if your skin reacts to fragranced products. Contains almond oil — avoid if you have a nut allergy. Contains clove oil, which a small number of people react to. The patch test matters more because of it. If any redness, stinging or itching appears, wash it off and stop using it. Not for use on broken or weeping skin. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Close the lid properly and keep it out of direct sunlight.
